Databases and Performance** * Design and modeling of relational databases (ER diagrams, normalization). * Indexing, partitioning, query tuning, execution plans. * Maintenance of large data volumes (Big Data, ETL where applicable). **ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEADERSHIP PROFILE** **1. Team Management** * Coordination of backend developer and DBA teams. * Supervision of tasks and distribution of workloads. * Technical mentoring for junior and semi-senior developers. * Promotion of coding best practices and code reviews. **2.
