Languages and Technologies** * **PL/SQL (Oracle)**: Expertise in designing, optimizing, and maintaining procedures, functions, packages, and triggers. * **Knowledge of other backend technologies**: * **APIs**: Design and integration of REST and SOAP services. * **Version Control**: Git, GitFlow. * **Testing**: Familiarity with unit testing and integration testing. **2. Databases and Performance** * Design and modeling of relational databases (ER diagrams, normalization). * Indexing, partitioning, query tuning, execution plans. * Maintenance of large data volumes (Big Data, ETL where applicable). **ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEADERSHIP PROFILE** **1. Team Management** * Coordination of backend developer and DBA teams. * Supervision of tasks and distribution of workloads. * Technical mentoring for junior and semi-senior developers. * Promotion of coding best practices and code reviews. **2. Planning and Tracking** * Planning of deliveries and sprints (Scrum, Kanban). * Estimation of development time and resources. * Coordination with other areas: frontend, QA, DevOps, product. **3.
