Actively collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, biological families, and the community to support children, adolescents, and youth in achieving their individual development goals, until they are reintegrated into their biological families, transition to another care model, or graduate as autonomous and independent young adults. **Main responsibilities:** 1\. Plan family life and manage available financial resources within your SOS family in a structured manner. 2\. Monitor and accompany each child, adolescent, and youth under your care together with the multidisciplinary team, supporting their holistic development and well-being. 3\. Jointly organize daily life, activities, and routines for children, adolescents, and/or youth with the multidisciplinary team and the SOS family. 4\. Create a safe and protective family environment; additionally, promote relationships between children, adolescents, and youth and their biological families. 5\. Develop personal self-care, continuous learning, evaluation, and well-being with organizational support to provide professional direct-care parenting. Knowledge: 1\. Child and youth care and development. 2\. Positive parenting and discipline. 3\. Planning of daily household activities involving children and adolescents. 4\. Budget management/economic factor. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Two years of experience in fields related to child care, family, and/or community development. **Compensation:** * Direct hiring with the organization under a permanent employment scheme. * Base salary. * Benefits above the legal requirements. * Professional growth and human development. *Note: This position involves working with an international non-governmental organization (NGO) committed to children and human rights and is subject to strict controls and security procedures during the selection process.
