We seek a results-oriented Junior Programmer passionate about programming highly complex parts, optimizing processes, and applying advanced machining strategies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex manufacturing problems and aims to deliver measurable impact. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare tooling and create machine programs to manufacture precision parts. * Verify quality and cycle time by executing SPC process controls. * Troubleshoot CNC-related issues and provide machining solutions. * Deliver training to production floor staff and programming teams. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new fixtures, tools, and automation strategies. * Utilize CAM software (e.g., Siemens NX, Mastercam, Vericut) for toolpath generation and simulation. * Drive continuous improvement in programming workflows, cutting strategies, and cycle time reduction. * Support implementation of automation systems, including robotic pallet changers and smart manufacturing tools. * Contribute to tooling design and machining strategies for new product introductions. * Mentor junior programmers and share best practices in advanced machining and digital manufacturing. * Analyze and interpret pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical schematics and drawings. * Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards. **Requirements and Experience:** * 1–4 years of experience in CNC programming or advanced manufacturing. * Proficiency in CAM software (Mastercam, Siemens NX, etc.). * Strong understanding of GD&T, fixturing, and toolpath strategies for hardened steels and aluminum. * Experience in 5-axis machining, mold making, or complex surface machining. * Knowledge of automation systems, PLCs, or robotics is a plus. * Minimum 2–3 years of CNC programming experience.
