




**Job Mission:** Design effective learning experiences that enable employees to acquire knowledge, skills, and competencies optimally, through the creation of accessible, engaging, and organizationally aligned educational programs. **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze learning needs and audience profiles. * Design educational materials (manuals, guides, presentations, activities, and assessments). * Select appropriate methodologies, platforms, and tools for training. * Design assessment strategies to measure learning progress and effectiveness. * Provide guidance to mentors and facilitators to ensure achievement of training objectives. * Update and improve content based on feedback and institutional standards. * Collaborate with graphic designers, developers, and educational technology experts to create interactive courses. * Measure training effectiveness through analysis of assessments and satisfaction surveys. * Work with department leaders to identify needs and propose training solutions.
