Our employment package includes: * **Base salary:** MXN 35,000–40,000 per month (net) + MXN 2,100 monthly food vouchers (100% nominal, direct deposit); statutory benefits package, attendance bonus, annual bonus, life insurance, and medical expense coverage. * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Work location:** Hybrid (90% remote, 10% onsite at offices in Azcapotzalco and Santa Fe). **What we’re looking for:** * 3–4 years of experience as: Senior Project Manager, Junior Project Manager, Project Administrator, Project Leader, Service Manager, or PMI-certified professional, with proven experience in ecommerce project implementation. * Fluent conversational English. Active certifications or coursework in project management, risk management, agile practices, best practices, or standards such as ISO, ITIL, COBIT, etc. * Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into user cases or user stories; designing functional and non-functional use cases. * 2–3 years of experience implementing ecommerce projects—including loyalty program deployment, system integrations, and marketing automation—with familiarity in platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, Magento, PrestaShop, or custom development. * Basic to intermediate knowledge of programming languages (e.g., PHP), databases, web services, DevOps, CI/CD, testing, etc. * 2–3 years managing 2–3 medium-complexity global projects, leading teams of 3–9 members, and maintaining strong relationships with business units, internal teams, and external vendors. * Creation and management of deliverables across all project phases: kickoff, project charter, work plan, schedule, stakeholder matrices, RACI charts, meeting minutes, progress reports, timeline negotiations, variance tracking, etc. * Risk identification and management using PMI models—or alternatively AMEF, OCTAVE, MAGERIT, etc. * Familiarity with project management methodologies including RUP, Scrum, MOF, Waterfall, SDLC, etc. * Development of project KPIs and metrics: SLA, CTQ, ROI, variances, etc. * Proficiency with Gantt chart tools such as Microsoft Planner, Project, Wrike, Asana, Monday, etc.; advanced Microsoft Office skills; Power BI, QlikView, or Data Studio proficiency is highly desirable. * Leadership, communication, teamwork, negotiation, organizational influence, conflict resolution, and effective presentation skills. **Desired education level:** Bachelor’s degree (incomplete) **Desired experience level:** Entry-level **Departmental function:** Technology / Internet **Industry:** Food & Beverage **Skills:** * Ecommerce Marketing PM * Project PMI PMO Risk Management * Scrum ALM Risk PHP * WooCommerce Shopify CRM * Software Development Scrum *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j_id=69405a293c000036004b4003&source=indeed*
