




Position Summary: Responsible for directing, proposing, implementing, and monitoring policies, strategies, and processes related to selection, onboarding, training, development, and performance management. Proactive individual with initiative and results-oriented Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Relations, Administration and/or Communication Training and Development Coordinator Responsible for directing, proposing, implementing, and monitoring the company’s policies, strategies, and processes concerning employee selection, onboarding, training, development, and performance management. **Key Responsibilities**: \- Development of Career and Development Plans \- Completion of evaluations \- Organizational climate surveys \- Organizational communication \- Implementation of training plans \- Design and implementation of onboarding courses **Desired Profile** \- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Coordinator in a similar role, with responsibilities in Organizational Development and Training — MANDATORY \- Requires a proactive individual with strong initiative who can work effectively under pressure and deliver results. Leadership and results orientation.
