




BRAND AMBASSADOR – TRAINER Responsible for coordinating and delivering training materials to employees, customers, and distributors within the hardware sector. The primary objective is to ensure that sales teams and retail points of sale possess the necessary technical and commercial knowledge to drive sales, improve customer service, and guarantee proper product usage. REQUIREMENTS: Age: 25–40 years Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Marketing, Business Administration, or Business Management Excel: Intermediate proficiency required Must own a vehicle; knowledge of expense reporting and reimbursement procedures required Must be available to travel 1–3 times per month (Guanajuato, Guerrero, Hidalgo, Michoacán, Morelos, Nayarit, Oaxaca, Puebla, Querétaro, Quintana Roo, San Luis Potosí, Tabasco, Tlaxcala, Veracruz, Yucatán) Knowledge of the hardware sector (products, sales processes, market needs) Proficiency in training methodologies (in-person and virtual) Instructional design: development of training materials and technical content Proficiency in digital training tools (LMS platforms, videoconferencing, etc.) Knowledge of marketing and sales principles applied to commercial training Base salary: $13,800 MXN Transportation allowance: $2,500 MXN KPI bonus: $2,000 MXN (Paid at the end of each month) Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary range: $15,000.00–$18,300.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term employment contract Work location: On-site
