




Main responsibilities * **Payroll processing:** Calculate and process weekly, biweekly payrolls. * **Incident management:** Manage and record employee incidents. * **Tax and deduction calculation:** Determine and apply tax deductions (such as ISR). * **Accounting reconciliation:** Verify and reconcile payroll amounts with accounting record balances. * **Payroll receipt stamping:** Generate and electronically stamp payroll receipts for employees. * **Report preparation:** Prepare periodic reports for management, payroll statistics, and files for the department and auditors. * **Employee support:** Address employee inquiries and complaints regarding their pay and benefits.
