Zamma Salones, Jardines y Villas is looking for talent to fill the position of **Event Assistant.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Reside near the zona diamante. * Minimum education: High school diploma. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in events. * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (rotating day off once a week). * Ability to work in a team and under pressure. * Dynamic, active person with willingness to contribute ideas and solutions. * Openness to learning, eager to improve and acquire new skills. * Complete personal documents, including criminal background clearance letter and medical certificate. **WE OFFER:** * Monthly gross salary of $8,500. * Timely bi-weekly payments. * Grocery vouchers at the end of each month for $1,300. * Statutory benefits (prorated Christmas bonus equivalent to 30 days, vacation, IMSS from day one, etc.). * Life insurance. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Loading and unloading event equipment and furniture. * Setting up and dismantling furniture (tables, chairs, table linens, tents, etc.). * Cleaning and inventory control of warehouses. * Washing and ironing table linens. * Maintaining material inventory and reporting shortages. * Washing and drying glassware and china. * Placing and arranging glassware, china, and cutlery according to event layout. * Assisting in event decoration. * Ensuring event areas are left completely clean and organized. * Providing coffee break service support. * Organizing event supplies.
