You’ll build the content engine from scratch—no templates, no legacy processes, no pre-existing team. That means you’ll have significant autonomy (and responsibility). It also means there will be chaos: we’ll iterate fast, test things, fail, learn, and adjust. If you need everything perfectly defined from day one, this role isn’t for you. We’re integrating AI across the entire content workflow—not as a side tool, but as part of the creative process. We expect you to constantly experiment with new tools and find ways to produce more, better, and faster. You’ll build the content engine from day one and elevate the quality of our messaging: define a clear cadence, publish consistently, measure what works, and turn those learnings into the next iteration. You’ll conduct research, interviews, and rapid message testing—and convert insights into content people understand and want to consume/share (videos, ads, articles, carousels, webinars, landing pages, and product materials). You’ll work closely with Product, Customer Success, and the CEO to deeply understand both the product and our users. Your work will focus on two things: * Building a clear, simple, and trustworthy brand narrative, and * Turning that narrative into pieces and campaigns that deliver measurable results You’ll also help organize activations and events (online and in-person) to connect with our community and amplify our message. ### **Responsibilities** * Design and execute the editorial calendar (social, blog/SEO, video, webinars, and product materials). * Define and maintain the “message house” (value proposition, pillars/reasons to believe, proof points, objections/FAQs, tone, and audience-specific claims). * Write and edit copy for web, ads, emails, and social media—ensuring tone, clarity, and conversion. * Create video content (including on-camera when applicable): scripts, hooks, structure, basic recording, and distribution. * Lead creative development for paid campaigns without managing media buying: concepts, angles, scripts, variations, and A/B tests (in coordination with performance teams). * Coordinate with design (in-house or freelance) to produce brand-consistent assets; and when applicable, create quick drafts/prototypes using AI (concepts, simple layouts, variants) to accelerate iteration. * Interview users, internal team members, and partners to generate content grounded in real insights. * Own the webinar/activation lifecycle: promotion, impact measurement, and content repurposing (clips, carousels, email, blog, landing page updates). (The team hosts.) * Measure impact and learn quickly across the entire content engine (organic, video, paid campaigns, webinars): engagement, watch time, CTR/CVR per piece/message, assisted/attributed leads, actionable learnings, and next tests. * Use AI for research, ideation, and pre-production (outlines, scripts, hooks, variants), while maintaining editorial standards. #### **What does success look like here?** **In the first 3 months:** * We have a clear brand narrative that everyone in the company can articulate * An editorial calendar is live and operating at a sustainable cadence * We’re publishing consistently across at least 2–3 channels * You have data on what’s working (and what’s not) and are iterating weekly **At 6 months:** * The content engine delivers measurable results: traffic, engagement, assisted leads * We have a proven event/webinar system with effective repurposing in place * Our brand narrative is externally recognizable * You’ve identified the highest-ROI channels/formats and doubled down effort there #### **Requirements** * 4+ years of experience in content marketing, brand, or growth for digital products. * Excellent writing: concise, clear, direct. **Commissioned Position Objective**: It is the responsibility of this position to meet assigned sales quota targets, collections, maintain the price and average margin defined by the Commercial Manager, plan constant visits that generate sales, maintaining an excellent business relationship. **Commissioned Agent Responsibilities:** * Increase sales volume. * Recover collections timely and accurately. * Sell at prices with the highest possible profit margin. * Satisfy customer demands. * Propose strategic actions and concrete steps that support achieving sales goals. * Stay informed and updated on products and pricing from companies in the same industry, as well as learn about new applications for the products we manufacture. * Report to Commercial Management any relevant issues regarding competition or market prices considered important to the company. **Daily Follow-Up:** * Achieve daily sales and collection targets. * Identify market niches representing new business opportunities. * Monitor the monthly objective previously reviewed with Commercial Management, measuring performance toward established goals. * Check daily the progress of sales and collection quotas. * Stay informed about company products and inventory to avoid difficulties or issues that could hinder proper customer service. * Promote products with low turnover or declining sales, contributing to inventory turnover and stock level objectives. * Develop and maintain clear, ongoing communication with the logistics and customer service departments. * Efficiently manage their client portfolio through scheduled visits, identifying expressed and perceived key needs for immediate response. * Ensure accounts receivable remain healthy by collecting payments on the days agreed with clients and delivering documentation to the Commercial department, ensuring compliance with payment terms and credit limits. * Use planning, tracking, and management control tools effectively to analyze daily progress toward goals and make timely decisions to achieve periodic results. * Constantly stay informed about Home Set SA de Cv product applications and main features to provide customers with advice on usage and application. * Prospect new clients to expand their portfolio, ensuring sales targets are fully met and exceeded. **Education:** Bachelor's degree **Software:** Office **Training:** * Results-oriented. * Negotiation skills. * Communication. * Customer Service. * Business Market Knowledge. * Pressure tolerance.
