Join our team; we are currently seeking: TRAINER / TRAINING SPECIALIST - EXPERIENCE IN COFFEE SHOPS Key objective of the position: Ensure technical training for point-of-sale staff (preparation of beverages and products) to deliver the value proposition according to service protocols and established best practices defined by the business segment. Additionally, guarantee employee integration to foster optimal working relationships that support professional development. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed bachelor’s degree in administration, psychology, education, or related field * Experience managing groups * More than 1 year of experience preparing coffee-based beverages * Availability to rotate shifts * Mobility flexibility KNOWLEDGE: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Knowledge of best practices (food and beverage handling) * Quality standards * Group management skills RESPONSIBILITIES: * Train new and existing point-of-sale staff (beverage and product preparation, best practices, and service protocols) * Perform beverage and product preparation, customer service, cleaning, and other regular operational tasks as requested by your immediate supervisor to ensure delivery of the segment’s value proposition * Execute new employee integration processes following established procedures Develop your skills with us!
