The hours are long, but so is the mission and the upside. **Responsibilities:** * Own major product decisions and technical architecture * Ship fast and iterate based on real customer feedback * Build for enterprise scale from day one. * Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high\-performance applications, frontend and backend (we move where the product needs us). * Collaborate with the founding team to defi ne technical architecture and establish engineering best practices. * Build end\-to\-end features with high standards of quality, speed, and scalability. * Ensure system reliability, security, and effi ciency in production environments. * Contribute to the product roadmap by proposing innovative and scalable solutions. * Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement processes. * Prepare the engineering team to scale, including mentoring future hires.
