Coordinate internal movements with yard operators for all follow-ups with maintenance department. Ensure trailers are secured with locks and wheel chocks on all units at docks. Supervise equipment cleaning and EDS assignment: trailers and tractor trucks Supervise fuel loading for fleet. Coordinate logistical equipment traffic between Operations and RAD yards to improve vehicle flow efficiency. Conduct general inventory to track verification hologram placement and pending items with maintenance. Assign trailers to cover night transfers. Record entries and exits to generate indicators. Send mileage data from assigned vehicles for odometer recording. Share evidence of load volumes from local services. Release docks for receiving night routes. Supervise unit checklists: report any issues to maintenance and logistics. Supervise full route assembly in the shortest time possible. **SCHEDULE:** Full-time rotating shifts, 1 day off. **REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field * Experience: 2 years of experience managing personnel and merchandise distribution.
