




Job Summary: This role involves performing repairs and diagnostics on vehicles, preparing estimates, and coordinating with customers to ensure proper vehicle operation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Diagnosis and repair of failures in vehicles. 2. Preparation of estimates and coordination with customers for repairs. 3. Installation of accessories and replacement of vehicle parts. Perform assigned vehicle repairs promptly, adhering to technical specifications outlined in manuals and guidelines. EDUCATION: Technical degree AGE: 25 years or older EXPERIENCE: 1 verifiable year as an Electrical, Mechanical, and Measurement Technician. ***!!!!! MUST RESIDE NEAR THE RIVIERA VERACRUZANA ¡¡¡¡¡¡*** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Diagnose and determine the failure of the received vehicle. * Jointly review and determine with the Warranty Manager whether the failure to be repaired is covered under warranty, according to the vehicle's warranty conditions. * Prepare estimates for additional repairs required for the vehicle and notify the customer. * Notify the Workshop Supervisor or Control Tower Supervisor when customer authorization is required to perform any repair or use additional parts. * Request parts and accessories from the Service Window. * Record additional repairs and parts applied to the vehicle on the service order. * Perform major or minor service based on the vehicle's failure. * Conduct necessary tests within the workshop and/or on the road to verify vehicle functionality. * Notify the Workshop Supervisor that the vehicle has been repaired for inspection. * Install accessories (antennas, air conditioning, security systems) and replace parts on assigned vehicles. * Supervise daily cleaning of equipment, machinery, and tools, as well as cleanliness and order in the assigned area.
