Job stability and career development in industrial maintenance **Job Objective:** Ensure proper operation of industrial kitchen and production machinery and equipment by performing preventive and corrective maintenance, guaranteeing operational continuity and minimizing downtime. **Requirements** **Education:** * Electromechanical Engineering (degree and/or professional license preferred). **Experience:** * Minimum 3 years in maintenance and repair of industrial machinery. * Experience with industrial kitchen equipment and production machinery is desirable. **Availability:** * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Technical Knowledge** * Diagnosis and repair of electromechanical faults. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery. * Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control systems. * Interpretation of electrical and mechanical diagrams. * Proficiency in using tools and measurement equipment. **Main Responsibilities** * Diagnose and repair industrial kitchen machines, such as mixers and related equipment. * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on general production equipment. * Identify electromechanical faults and propose efficient technical solutions. * Conduct functional tests after each intervention. * Maintain records of services performed and report incidents. * Support continuous improvement of maintenance processes. **Competencies** * Problem analysis and resolution. * Teamwork. * Responsibility and commitment. * Results-oriented mindset. * Proactivity. **We Offer** * Statutory benefits. * Grocery vouchers. * Savings fund. * Job stability.
