




**Profile: Application Support** **Required:** * Systems professional or similar. **Experience in supporting IT application operations:** * User support for application operation and usage. * Incident registration and tracking in applications. * Resolution and escalation of incidents, problems, and queries related to applications. * Incident analysis and identification of corrective actions. **Experience in supporting application change and improvement implementation:** * Support and collaboration in implementing changes and improvements to systems. * Validation and thorough testing of changes and improvements in applications. **Experience in training on processes and systems:** * Creation and updating of manuals, operational guides, and training courses. * Delivery of courses, trainings, and workshops—either in person or remotely—related to operational processes or systems. **Skills:** * Analytical thinking. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Technical English. **Availability for:** * **Working rotating shifts.** * **Working on weekends.** * **Performing periodic on-call duties.** **Desirable:** * **Experience in:** * ERP system support and/or mobile application support. * Processes and systems supporting product distribution and delivery. * Definition and implementation of system and application access security policies. * Identification of training needs related to processes and systems.
