




* Plan, organize, and direct all operational risk control activities of the project to effectively contribute to achieving accident-free and occupational disease-free projects * Ensure that operational team members have adequate training for performing tasks and possess the corresponding permits based on the activity. * Implement the operational risk control program according to company guidelines, client requirements, current laws, and all applicable regulations * Develop, maintain, distribute, and monitor the Industrial Safety and Occupational Health Program. Install preventive safety measures, including signage, barriers, lockouts, and any other necessary elements prior to starting work on site. * Manage required permits at client facilities to allow access to workplaces while complying with relevant technical and safety specifications. * Advise construction supervision on preventing workplace accidents and propose corrective actions to prevent recurrence of such incidents. * Supervise operational staff compliance in collecting all materials and tools, and cleaning the general work area. The following trainings and certifications are required as minimum qualifications depending on the job execution: Cutting and welding, Electrical installation maintenance, Handling hazardous substances, Use of hand and power tools, Fire extinguisher usage, Operation of scissor and articulating lifts, Comprehensive supervisor course, Working at heights, Lockout and tagging * Promote interest and enthusiasm for Quality and Continuous Improvement through motivation and recognition within the Company. * Perform any other activity or task similar in nature to the position, as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
