Position Summary: We are seeking a Production Operator with experience in vinyl handling to ensure quality, adjust machinery, maintain records, and contribute to continuous process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in operating cutting, laminating, and vinyl application machinery. 2. Knowledge of quality control and production problem resolution. 3. Ability to work in a team and attention to detail. **Responsibilities:** o Verify vinyl quality before and after processing to ensure compliance with quality standards. o Adjust machine parameters according to supervisor instructions or project specifications. o Perform basic preventive maintenance on machines and report malfunctions or repair needs to the relevant department. o Comply with workplace safety and hygiene regulations, using appropriate personal protective equipment. o Record and document the production process, including execution times, materials used, and quantities produced. o Ensure adherence to quality standards and final product specifications. o Participate in continuous process improvement and training related to vinyl handling. **Requirements:** **Experience:** o Minimum 1 year of experience in production processes, preferably involving plastic materials, tarps, or vinyl. **Technical Skills:** o Knowledge of operating cutting, laminating, and vinyl application machinery, such as tarp manufacturing via vinyl application. o Branding of structures or wall application. o Vinyl weeding. o Basic knowledge of quality control and production problem resolution. **Competencies:** o Ability to work in a team. o Strong sense of responsibility and organization. o High concentration ability and attention to detail. o Proactivity and ability to follow precise instructions.
