Your mission will be to ensure that each team member masters the store's operational standards, customer service protocols, and safety requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct onboarding for new hires on organizational culture and store processes. * Train staff on point-of-sale (POS) systems, shrinkage management, and product facing. * Train personnel on customer service protocols and conflict resolution. * Evaluate performance after training and identify areas for improvement. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,500\.00 \- $10,000\.00 per month Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (Preferred) Experience: * Training: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
