Position Summary: Ecolab is seeking an Account Manager to lead technical and commercial operations, coordinate teams, and ensure operational compliance in Mexico City. Key Responsibilities: 1. We are currently seeking a candidate to fill the **Account Manager** position in **Mexico City**. **Your Impact in This Role** * Manage the **technical and commercial operations** of the assigned site. * Lead and coordinate **on-site work teams**, ensuring operational, safety, and service compliance. * Monitor **services, KPIs, improvement initiatives, and customer requirements**. * Participate in **prospecting, basic sales management, and budget management** activities. * Ensure compliance with **industrial safety standards** and Ecolab guidelines. * Maintain **effective communication** with customers and internal teams. **Requirements** * **Chemical Engineering, Food Bioengineering, or related degree**. * **1\+ year of experience** in team leadership and operational management. * Basic knowledge of **sales, prospecting, and budget management**. * Basic understanding of **industrial safety** and the **food and beverage industry**. * Basic proficiency with **digital tools**. * **Intermediate English** (preferred). * Proactive, consultative profile with strong decision-making capabilities. **Position Details** * **Location:** Orizaba, Veracruz. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., with operational flexibility * ???? **Benefits:** Company vehicle provided as a work tool **About Ecolab** ---------------- At Ecolab, we prioritize talent by building diverse and highly skilled teams operating across nearly three million customer sites in over 170 countries.
