SEEKS TRANSPORTATION ANALYST **Job Description:** Responsible for providing operational support to daily transportation activities, ensuring that logistics processes are executed according to established routes, with full traceability, document control, and adherence to delivery timelines. Collaborates closely with supervisors and drivers to maintain operational continuity. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support in the operational coordination of transportation routes. * Timely tracking of deliveries (real-time tracking). * Control and validation of proof-of-delivery (POD) documentation. * Data entry and management in transportation tools or systems. * Identification and reporting of distribution incidents. * Updating performance and compliance reports. * Support in document management for the distribution area. * Travel management in TEP. * Spot and dedicated services. **Requirements and Skills:** * **Professional Experience:** * Minimum 1–2 years in operational roles within logistics or transportation. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Basic/intermediate proficiency in TMS tools and Excel. * Familiarity with distribution processes and delivery documentation. * **Operational Skills:** * Focus on timely execution and accuracy in documentation. * Strong data handling and task-tracking capabilities. * **Communication:** * Ability to maintain clear and direct communication with operators and internal customers. * **Problem Solving:** * Prompt identification of errors or deviations in routes or documentation. * Efficient escalation of incidents to the relevant team. **Key Job Objectives:** * Ensure operational visibility through timely delivery tracking. * Guarantee complete control and recovery of delivery documentation. * Support operational efficiency through indicator registration and monitoring. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree * Experience in distribution for dedicated and spot services * Experience in third-party transportation * Experience in KPI tracking (on-time, etc.) * Flexible working hours availability **We Offer:** * Competitive base salary * Statutory benefits * Life insurance * Savings fund * Performance bonus * Growth opportunities Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs; Saturdays, 9:00–13:00 hrs **Work Location:** AZCAPOPARK INDUSTRIAL PARK Interested candidates please send CV to ***salma.vazquezr@estafeta.com*** Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: $18,000\.00 \- $19,000\.00 per month Work Mode: On-site employment
