**Retail Design Coordinator** ----------------------------------- **Your design will be seen in every branch.** At **Pastes Kiko’s**, we’re looking for a creative mind that transforms spaces, materials, and promotions into **brand experiences**. Here, you won’t design “to save files”: **you’ll design for points of sale, franchises, and thousands of customers every day**. ### **Your purpose** Bring our branches and campaigns to life visually, ensuring that each opening, promotion, and physical space accurately communicates the brand’s essence and attracts consumers. ### **✏️ What you’ll do (and yes, it will be seen)** * Create and execute graphic grids for the Group’s social media. * Design graphic assets for digital content and promotions. * Conduct **product and in-store experience photography**. * Develop graphic materials for branches: signage, announcements, and promotions. * Design internal communications for screens and corporate materials. * Create **merchandising proposals** (t-shirts, mugs, corporate gifts). * Design **packaging for new products**. * Collaborate on multichannel advertising campaigns. * Supervise the correct visual identity of branches and franchises, adhering to brand guidelines. * Support brand events and activations. ### **This role is for you if…** ✔️ You’re excited to see your designs applied in real stores. ✔️ You understand design as part of the customer experience. ✔️ You know how to work within real-time operational deadlines. ✔️ You accept feedback and implement improvements quickly. ### **What you need** * Bachelor’s degree in Advertising Design, Customer Experience Design, or related field. * +3 years of experience in graphic design / retail (5 years preferred). * Proficiency in: * Adobe Suite, Canva, and current design tools. * Product photography (basic/intermediate level). * Branding, Retail Design, and Visual Merchandising (desirable). * Basic video editing for Reels/TikTok (plus). * Creativity, execution speed, and teamwork. ### **What we offer** Monthly **gross** salary (paid weekly). **Statutory benefits:** IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, vacation bonus, Sunday bonus, and year-end bonus. **Additional benefits:** Grocery vouchers: **$968 monthly** * ️ Punctuality and attendance bonus: **$200 monthly gross** ️ Subsidized cafeteria (on-site) Ongoing training Real career growth within the company ### **Location and schedule** Next to the State Penitentiary Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 Availability for events and flexible hours. **✨** **If you want your design to stop living only on a screen and start living in stores, this vacancy is for you.** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
