Growth and leadership opportunities within a global company **Position:** Manufacturing Manager **Category:** Full-time **Location:** Ixtac Plant **Responsibilities:** * Supervises and directs the performance of all manufacturing activities, including output, cost and waste control, maintenance, quality, and compliance with budgeted production metrics, while ensuring all reliable safety methods are in place. * Implements and maintains systems to drive manufacturing improvements. * Leads, trains, motivates, and engages work teams to achieve operational objectives. * Ensures all management, manufacturing, maintenance, and human resources systems are up-to-date, used effectively, and improved whenever possible. * Ensures all manufacturing processes are conducted in accordance with environmental regulations. * Actively participates in employee development through training, coaching, and performance review feedback. * Verifies that working conditions are safe and internal Safety Policies and Protocols are followed. * Inspects and verifies that time and resources are focused on customer satisfaction.
