Key Responsibilities: * Meet monthly new loan disbursement targets according to your assigned level (Junior, Senior, or Master). * Maintain strict control over monthly loan renewals as part of delivering excellent service to our clients. * Enforce credit policies in accordance with the methodology applied in the region where you provide services. * Recover loans while ensuring portfolio quality, maintaining a Portfolio at Risk (PAR) of less than 3\.0 % for loans overdue by more than 30 days, per the month-end portfolio report. * Follow up on protocols defined for each stage of the loan cycle. * Conduct group visits punctually according to the repayment frequency (weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, or monthly). * Ensure client retention within VFM by delivering high-quality service. * Immediately follow up on delinquency starting from the first day of delay, ensuring payment to the group reference at institutions designated by the company. * Adhere to fraud-related policies and procedures established by the institution for each of its clients. * Fulfill the organization’s mission, vision, core values, and social impact goals. * Participate in emergency training programs, drills, and activities held in locations affected by adverse events, disasters, emergencies, or incidents.
