Ensure the proper functioning of the pharmacy by performing tasks such as supporting activities that promote pharmacovigilance, preparing pharmacotherapeutic profiles, dispensing medications and nursing supplies, recording temperatures, conducting inventories, cleaning areas, delivering supplies to the operating room, and controlling narcotic and psychotropic drugs sent to the operating room. Support non-professional staff in dispensing supplies and medications. Manage tracking and delivery of reports, emails, pharmacotherapeutic profiles, etc. Assist in assembling packages and delivering supplies to nursing. File, organize, safeguard, and review documents in your possession. Request supplies and coordinate equipment maintenance or repair. Report material and supply needs to warehouse and/or procurement staff. Support pharmacovigilance activities, prioritizing patient health.
