




**Chef.** **Requirements:** * Minimum two years of experience as a chef. * Positive and service-oriented attitude. * Sense of responsibility. * Flexible working hours. * Effective communication. * Age between 25 and 40 years. * Ability to work under pressure. * Teamwork skills. * Proactivity. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare food according to recipes and maintain the hotel’s established quality and presentation standards. * Collaborate with the executive chef or head chef in menu planning and dish creation. * Strictly adhere to hygiene and food safety regulations to ensure safe food preparation and prevent health issues. * Assist in food inventory control and report when supplies need replenishment. * Prepare special dishes for events, banquets, and room service, adapting to guest requirements. * Ensure that work areas and kitchen utensils are clean and organized at all times. * Work closely with other kitchen team members to guarantee efficient workflow. * Collaborate in the setup, service, and breakdown of buffets, banquets, events, etc. * Maintain high personal hygiene standards and comply with food safety regulations. * Properly label, date, and store ingredients and prepared dishes in the kitchen. * Collaborate in cost and inventory management, as well as purchasing. * Monitor and ensure proper conservation and utilization of products assigned to you. * Clean kitchen areas. **We offer:** * Morning or afternoon shifts from **Monday to Sunday**, with one rotating weekday day off.
