Train staff in service and hospitality techniques. **Job Objective** Lead the unit by ensuring an exceptional customer service experience, guaranteeing proper execution of beverages and food, team hospitality, and alignment with brand standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise daily unit operations during service hours. * We are looking for someone with experience generating and selling events, including brand management, PR, influencers, etc. * Ensure warm, efficient, and professional service to customers. * Coordinate and support bartenders and barbacks during service. * Train bar, dining room, and host staff in service techniques, hospitality, and customer handling. * Ensure proper presentation, cleanliness, and organization of the bar and dining area before, during, and after service. * Coordinate hiring, performance, and payment of guest DJs. * Resolve customer incidents empathetically and professionally. * Coordinate with hosts, servers, and bartenders to ensure efficient service flow. * Supervise proper use of glassware, tools, and supplies. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food safety standards. * Manage petty cash and point-of-sale cash register. * Handle administrative matters for the venue, including supply procurement and inventory management. * Address personnel incidents and tip distribution in coordination with HR. * Staff training. **We Offer:** * Biweekly base salary * Weekly tips * Working hours: 5 PM to 2 AM * Two days off (Sunday and Monday) * Savings fund **Requirements:** * Previous experience as Manager, Floor Supervisor, or Bar Manager * Knowledge of beverage preparation * Proficiency in English * Flexible availability regarding working hours.
