Job Summary: We are seeking an accounting professional with payroll experience to manage payroll transactions and salary calculations, benefits control, and payroll incidents. Key Points: 1. Experience in comprehensive payroll and benefits management 2. Proficiency in CONTPAQI NOMINA and Microsoft Excel 3. Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and payroll incidents KNOWLEDGE: * IDSE and SUA transactions * Use of CONTPAQI NOMINA system * Calculation of IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT * Calculation of TAX WITHHOLDINGS, SEVERANCE PAYMENTS, VACATION BONUS, CHRISTMAS BONUS (AGUINALDO) * Control of VACATIONS, LOANS, LEAVES OF ABSENCE * IMSS reconciliation * PAYROLL INCIDENTS (absences, tardiness, etc.) * Federal Labor Law (LFT) PROFILE * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience * Proficiency in MICROSOFT EXCEL * Availability of time * Age 23 or older Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $9,480.00 per month Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * Payroll software: 2 years (Preferred) * Payroll incidents: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
