




Position Summary: Enters and records daily payroll, recruitment, training, and HR administration incidents, keeping employee information up to date. Key Highlights: 1. Manages daily payroll and human resources administration incidents. 2. Administers hiring processes and employee files. 3. Assists in locating documents for government agencies. Position Objective To enter and record daily incidents related to payroll, recruitment, training, and human resources administration within the District, by updating personnel movements, hiring procedures, and employee onboarding and offboarding in the SAP system, in order to generate incident reports for employees, job candidates, and those undergoing recruitment, thereby ensuring that personnel information generated within the District remains continuously updated. Job Functions or Activities. 1. Attend to external job applicants by providing employment application forms and conducting initial information reviews through preliminary interviews. 2. Compile personnel files for newly hired employees, collecting documentation and updating personal data generated from daily operations. 3. Record personnel movements—including onboarding, offboarding, and status changes—occurring within the District, maintaining control and communication with regional offices and registering such movements via the SAP system. 4. Administer hiring processes for new employees by overseeing and requesting required documentation for contract signing and personnel file creation. 5. Support payroll and corporate HR departments in locating and centralizing documents requested by government agencies such as IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT.
