Address and resolve customer clarifications and disputes Join our team as Accounts Receivable Manager! **Location:** Cordoba, Ver. **Position Type:** Full-time **Salary:** MXN 12,000.00 Gross Monthly + Statutory Benefits and Above-Standard Benefits Your Mission in This Role: As the **Accounts Receivable Manager**, you will be the key player in maintaining the company's financial health. You will ensure cash flow through efficient, accurate collections management while consistently upholding an impeccable and professional relationship with our customers. Your Main Challenges and Responsibilities: * **Strategy and Reconciliation:** Perform daily bank statement reconciliations against the system, accurately identifying and applying payments. * **Cash Flow Control:** Execute active collections and timely follow-up on the customer portfolio (via phone and email), ensuring compliance with agreed credit terms. * **Flawless Invoicing:** Issue invoices, credit notes, and payment complements (REP) promptly and accurately, adhering to current tax regulations. * **Risk Analysis:** Evaluate and release orders or services blocked due to credit issues by analyzing each customer’s history and status. * **Strategic Reporting:** Prepare weekly and monthly aging reports, collection forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the finance leadership team. * **Customer Partnership:** Promptly address and resolve customer clarifications, returns, or disputes, always pursuing win-win outcomes. What We Are Looking For: * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in similar roles (portfolio management, billing, and B2B corporate collections). * **Tools:** Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas); mandatory experience with at least one ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Intelisis, Contpaqi, Aspel SAE). * **Key Skills:** Excellent negotiation, assertive communication, organizational ability, results orientation, and strong integrity.
