




Position Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant with a bachelor's degree to manage expense verification, bank reconciliations, and review of accounting entries, ensuring documentary accuracy. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the verification of travel allowances and advances 2. Performs bank reconciliations for operational and logistical processes 3. Reviews and verifies the information in generated accounting entries ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Responsibilities: Receive documentation for travel allowance/advance verification and verify that it contains sufficient supporting evidence and that the documents are legible and unaltered. Perform bank reconciliations for processes related to the Operations and Logistics department. Review administrative staff expense verification evidence to ensure alignment with the advance amount. Reconcile banking transactions related to employee loans, travel allowances, supplier payments, and inter-bank transfers. Review accounting entries generated by the Logistics department and verify that the information is correct.
