Your role is critical to maintaining our members’ trust, driving local development, and reinforcing the cooperative purpose that distinguishes us: **generating financial well-being for all**. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Lead with purpose:** Lead and motivate your team to achieve the branch’s business and profitability objectives. * **Ensure solid results:** Implement strategies for deposit mobilization and credit disbursement, fostering profitability and sustainable growth. * **Ensure regulatory compliance:** Guarantee correct application of internal policies, SOCAP guidelines, internal controls, risk management, and anti-money laundering measures. * **Promote operational excellence:** Supervise and develop staff, encouraging continuous training and adherence to operational processes and manuals. * **Innovate in service delivery:** Develop strategies to attract new members, strengthen relationships with existing members, and deliver close, timely, and human-centered service. * **Build community:** Serve as a trusted reference, promoting economic and social development in the branch’s area of influence. ### **What we seek in you:** * Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in **Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields**. * Minimum 2 years’ experience leading teams in the financial sector. * Solid knowledge of **credit processes, financial indicators, CNBV and CONDUSEF regulations, and risk management**. * Leadership, planning, negotiation, and decision-making skills. * Service-oriented attitude, integrity, and passion for people development. * Must be available for travel ### **We offer:** * **Biweekly salary of $9,950 net** * **Monthly food vouchers.** * **Statutory benefits**: IMSS, vacation days, vacation bonus, year-end bonus (45 days). * **Life insurance.** * **Financial leave allowances.** * **Loans and payroll advances.** * **Birthday day off.** * **Continuous training** and growth opportunities. ### **Working Hours** * **Monday to Friday:** 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. * **Saturdays:** 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. ### **Want to join our team?** Apply now and share your CV through this channel.
