Job Summary: We are seeking a Shipment Verifier to audit received and dispatched products, assist with inventory management, and ensure compliance with quality and industrial safety regulations. Your responsibilities will include: * Conducting audits of received products against officially established receiving documents (e.g., receipts, transfer orders, maquila orders) and against customer specifications or purchase order requirements and physical condition. * Conducting audits of physically dispatched products against department-specific documentation. * Assisting in inventory counts of stored merchandise, coordinating with forklift operators and inventory supervisors during counting and verifying product locations to support control of stored merchandise, based on the system corresponding to each account. * Ensuring compliance with current regulatory requirements under the client’s and organization’s Quality Management System. * Ensuring compliance with organizational industrial safety programs, policies, and procedures.
