CAFIVER, a 100% Mexican company with over 40 years of presence in the national and international markets, is seeking: FOREIGN TRADE MANAGER Requirements Bachelor's degree / Engineering. Postgraduate studies in Foreign Trade and Regulatory Compliance are desirable. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. SAP, foreign trade authority platforms. Intermediate English proficiency. Knowledge Compliance with export promotion programs: - IMMEX (operation and control), PROSEC, VAT and IEPS Certification. - Importer registries (general and sectoral). Applicable customs and tax legislation: - Foreign Trade Law (LCE), Customs Law (LA), Ministry of Economy, SHCP, and SAT. - General Import and Export Tax Law (LIGIE). Customs operations: - Tariff classification, preparation and review of customs declarations. - Non-tariff regulations and restrictions. Auditing and risk management: - Handling SAT audits.
