Main Responsibilities: Analyze real estate-backed loan applications using methodologies and criteria established in the MAC and internal procedures. Review financial statements, repayment capacity, and credit bureau reports to issue feasibility opinions. Prepare feasibility studies and risk assessments, proposing justified loan terms, adjustments, or rejections. Analyze real estate collateral, appraisals, and property documentation, ensuring accurate interpretation. Follow up on the formalization of mortgages, trusts, and secured loans. Review notarial instruments and accompany the legal process of mortgage establishment and registration with the Public Property Registry. Manage procedures and registrations on platforms such as the RUG, safeguarding information integrity and confidentiality. · What we seek in you: Experience in financial evaluation of housing or liquidity projects backed by mortgage guarantees. Knowledge of risk analysis for loans secured by real estate. Ability to read and interpret appraisals, deeds, and notarial documentation. Knowledge of the legal process for establishing and registering mortgages. Education in Law, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Economics and Administration · We Offer: Biweekly salary: $7,500 Monthly food vouchers.
