Job Summary: BBVA is seeking an Auto Financing Advisor to manage agencies, serve internal customers, gain market share, and promote financial products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitoring and support for agencies and internal customers. 2. Promotion of auto financing, insurance, and extended warranty policies. 3. Customer prospecting and file management. Our values guide us: the customer comes first, we think big, and we are one team: Auto Financing Advisor (experience required in: financial institutions, sales representatives, or field sales) Your responsibilities will include: Monitoring assigned agencies Serving internal customers (agency sales staff) Gaining market share by attracting all auto financing and BBVA loan applications Managing the customer portfolio (follow-up phone calls to incentivize sales) Prospecting internal customers (sales staff, directors, managers of automotive agencies) Promoting auto financing, insurance, and extended warranty policies Updating reports and maintaining timely file control Fieldwork: visiting assigned agencies Appropriate credit profiling for auto financing approval Requirements: Completed undergraduate degree Personal vehicle (mandatory) Basic knowledge of Excel Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales and/or field-based customer prospecting roles within financial institutions and/or sales representative positions Excellent service attitude Flexible availability At BBVA, we provide our employees with the best conditions for professional development and holistic well-being.
