Job Summary: We are seeking a Monitoring Operator to provide telephone support, monitor surveillance cameras, manage alarms, and organize and supervise security personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Telephone support and security system monitoring 2. Alarm activation protocol management and customer advisory services 3. Personnel attendance organization and control Monitoring Operator Requirements: * High school diploma / Technical degree * Minimum 6 months of experience in the field * Gender: Unrestricted Responsibilities: * Telephone support * Execution of alarm activation protocols * Surveillance camera monitoring * Customer advisory services * Preparation of service orders * Scheduling of security personnel to cover services * Attendance tracking of security personnel * Maintenance of logs * Daily and weekly reporting Required systems and electronic program proficiency: Telephone, radio, PC, copier, printer. Rotating shifts: Early, afternoon, and night.
