We provide means to generate income by performing tasks autonomously for our clients. **Responsibilities** * Mass Recruitment: Posting job openings across multiple channels (social media, job boards, flyers, etc.) for promoter, demonstrator, and supervisor roles. * Screening and Selection: Conducting initial interviews, verifying references, and administering basic psychometric tests. * Administrative Follow-up: Assisting with contract signing and explaining payment schemes to candidates. **Candidate Profile:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (internship or graduate). * Experience: 1–3 years in mass recruitment or operational roles (experience in promotion agencies or outsourcing firms preferred). **Technical Knowledge:** * Basic understanding of the Federal Labor Law. * General understanding of REPSE and the importance of social security compliance. * Proficiency in using social media for recruitment (Facebook Groups, Marketplace, Indee, etc.). * Soft Skills: Sense of urgency, excellent communication, extreme organization, and resilience amid turnover.
