Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and proactive Community Manager to manage social media communities, create original content, and adapt it across diverse platforms. Key Highlights: 1. Identifies trends and maintains visual and tonal brand consistency. DISTRIBUIDORA MOLDEMANIA We are looking for a COMMUNITY MANAGER with the following specifications to join our outstanding team. Location: Center of CDMX Work Mode: On-site Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM; Saturdays, 9 AM to 2 PM Compensation: From $10,000 to $14,000, depending on verifiable experience. Responsibilities: · Manage social media communities. · Create copywriting. · Publish, schedule, and monitor content on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. · Encourage conversation and engagement on social media. · Assist with basic performance reporting. · Generate original social media content. · Adapt content to different formats and platforms. · Identify and leverage current audio and format trends. · Maintain visual and tonal consistency aligned with the brand. · Proficiency in editing software (CapCut, InShot, Premiere or similar). · Ability to record and edit content using a smartphone. Ideal Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience. Creative, proactive, self-motivated, comfortable on camera, skilled in camera direction, excellent aesthetic sense, visual sensitivity, organized, time-management skills, solution-oriented, and results-driven.
