Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and organized professional to supervise and coordinate the entire payroll process, ensuring regulatory and tax compliance. Key Highlights: 1. We seek an analytical, organized individual with a strong sense of responsibility and a focus on regulatory compliance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in similar positions. Proficiency in biweekly payroll processes. Solid knowledge of: Federal Labor Law (FLL), IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, Payroll Tax. Experience in calculation and validation of: Settlements, Severance Payments, Payroll Incidents, Thirteenth-Month Bonus (Aguinaldo), Profit Sharing (PTU), and Vacation Pay. CONTPAQi Payroll. Advanced Excel (formulas, data cross-referencing, and information analysis). Experience in: Payroll-to-accounting reconciliation, Trial Balances, Account Reconciliations, Validation of Payroll CFDIs. Internal and external audits. Management of large and multi-company employee rosters (preferred). Support and attention to STPS reviews. Main Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise the entire payroll process. Ensure accurate calculation of earnings, deductions, and taxes. Ensure compliance with employer and tax obligations. Manage affiliation procedures with IMSS and INFONAVIT. Supervise calculations of settlements and severance payments in accordance with the law. Perform payroll account reconciliations and reconciliations with accounting records. Generate executive reports and information analysis. Coordinate responses to requests and audits.
