




Position Summary: Design, develop, and execute graphic materials and visual content for Grupo Calufe®, ensuring brand communication, commercial support, and visual consistency. Visual identity management and proposals for improvement. **Position Mission** Design, develop, and execute graphic materials and visual content for Grupo Calufe®, ensuring accurate brand communication, support for commercial strategies, and visual consistency across all touchpoints—both internal and external. **Main Functions / Tasks** * Design graphic materials for branches (menus, promotions, signage, displays, etc.). * Develop visual content for social media and digital campaigns. * Generate graphic and visual content focused on promotion, dissemination, and brand positioning. * Support the creation of content for internal and external communications (campaigns, product launches, announcements, etc.). * Adapt graphic materials to different formats (print, digital, large format). * Ensure correct application of the brand’s visual identity. Adhere to and adapt to the brand’s style, guidelines, and personality in all generated materials. * **C**oordinate with Commercial Management on campaigns, promotions, and brand requirements. * Address direct design and content requests from General Management. * Prepare content proposals for validation by General Management prior to publication. Participate in company events, activations, or activities requiring coverage for content generation (photography, video, social media posts). Generate visual material derived from events and activities for dissemination on social media and other channels. Propose social media content ideas aligned with commercial and positioning strategies. Support scheduling and preparation of content for digital publications. * Maintain the official Calufe website up-to-date, ensuring correct display of content, information, and current materials. * Administer and keep the online store updated, including products, images, descriptions, and visual elements. * Design internal materials (announcements, training materials, manuals, etc.). * Manage and organize graphic files and visual resource libraries. * Supervise print quality with external vendors where applicable. * Propose visual improvements for points of sale and brand communication. **Responsibilities** * Maintain consistency in the brand’s visual identity. * Meet deadlines for delivery of graphic materials. * Ensure all published content has been validated by General Management. * Avoid errors in printed or digital materials that could impact operations or brand image. * Safeguard official graphic files, versions, and materials. **Position Requirements** Education: · Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. Experience: · Minimum 2 years of graphic design experience applied to brands or points of sale. Technical Knowledge: · Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. · Social media and digital format design. · Preparation of files for printing. · Basic knowledge of photography or editing (desirable). **Competencies** Technical: * Business-oriented creativity. * Visual design and composition. * Format adaptability.
