Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive liaison officer with experience in sales and negotiation to ensure effective communication between the university and public and private enterprises, contributing to students' academic success. Environment that values commitment and excellence Job Description: Objective: The liaison officer plays a fundamental role in ensuring effective communication between the university and public and private enterprises. Requirements: Resume, degree certificate, and professional license. Gender: Not specified. Age: 25 years or older. Minimum Education: Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Communication, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales or enterprise liaison, preferably in outreach, educational sales, closing deals, promotion, or similar areas. Public speaking skills and negotiation experience. Providing student support. Establishing linkages with public and private enterprises for professional internships and social service. Participating in job fair organization. Conducting enterprise visits twice per week to evaluate internships and social service. Establishing agreements with enterprises to offer scholarships to their employees. Maintaining active follow-up with prospects and finalizing enrollments. Managing and closing collaboration agreements. Communicating relevant information to partner enterprises. Meeting enrollment targets and agreement goals. Applying the SMART methodology for work planning and weekly reporting. \*Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and presentation development. \*Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Waze, Google Maps, and Canva. \*Contributing to internship and social service development by advising students on their professional training. \*Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
