Job Summary: This role aims to ensure production line continuity through effective monitoring and operation of critical equipment, executing predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance aligned with standards. Aligned with Safety, Quality, and Maintenance standards. **Job Description:** Purpose of the Role Ensure production line continuity through monitoring and effective operation of critical equipment, maintaining proper operation of critical systems. Ensure execution of predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities, achieving 100% completion of all planned work orders. Aligned with Safety, Food Safety, Quality, Effectiveness, Cost, and Maintenance pillar standards and programs. What Are We Looking For? **1\. Education and Professional Skills:** * Technical Diploma in: Industrial Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Refrigeration Technology. * University Degree: Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering. **2\. Knowledge / Skills:** * Industrial Maintenance * Food industry or general manufacturing companies; Corrective/Preventive Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Planner. * Knowledge of electrical installations, mechanical power transmission, pneumatics, hydraulics, and control systems. * Experience with BPM and Food Safety. * 2 years of experience in similar roles. What Will Be Your Key Responsibilities? * Update and continuously improve time-based preventive maintenance plans. * Define and manage maintenance work standards for production areas. * Propose improvement projects, primarily for asset reconstruction or optimization. * Support development of lubrication standards for production areas. * Manage the Standard Maintenance Work Administration Process and ensure timely and accurate shift deliverables. * Define visual tool control for commonly used tools in production areas and the maintenance workshop, according to the Site’s 5S strategy. * Jointly define with the Maintenance Analyst specialized common tools required for maintenance activities and manage training for proper use by the technical team.
