Job Summary: Monitoring Center Operator responsible for safeguarding units and preventing asset losses through transportation route monitoring, emergency response, and security protocol implementation. VACANCY: MONITORING CENTER OPERATOR Department: Asset Security Company: Grupo Audace Job Objective Monitor transportation routes using GPS platforms to ensure compliance with security protocols, emergency response and follow-up, thereby preventing asset losses and safeguarding the organization's units. Main Responsibilities Monitor the company's transportation routes in real time. Verify proper operation of GPS devices, panic buttons, and engine cutoff switches. Perform safety checklists prior to unit dispatch. Detect anomalies during trips or before departure. Apply response protocols for risk or emergency situations. Record incidents, prepare reports, and update logs. Keep Logistics and Shipping departments informed about unit status. Follow up on events until closure according to established procedures. Requirements Education: Completed high school diploma or technical degree (preferred). Experience: Preferred 1 year of experience in transportation monitoring, asset security, or satellite tracking.
