Act as a consulting partner in designing training initiatives Ensure human capital growth through technical and strategic implementation of training programs, guaranteeing that learning directly impacts the productivity and efficiency goals of Grupo Porres divisions. Responsibilities: Administer the life cycle of learning programs, from needs identification through logistics and administrative closure with STPS. Organize and execute training activities in collaboration with production, quality, and biosecurity teams. Evaluate Return on Investment (ROI) and the transfer of learning to the job, using metrics to propose continuous improvements in content. Act as a consulting partner to area leaders in designing training initiatives that solve specific problems and support the group's growth vision. Requirements: Experience coordinating technical and soft-skills training programs, preferably in large-scale industrial environments. Solid knowledge of instructional design models, adult learning methodologies, and competency-based learning. Advanced ability to interpret data, manage training databases, and generate executive reports on career plan progress.
