Career development plan TELEPHONE EXECUTIVE – Support for technicians and users Responsibilities: You will manage the service order flow, productivity, attendance, technician permission management in the app, service order tracking, and status updates. Schedule: * Monday to Sunday, with one rotating day off per week. * 8-hour shifts. * Weekly shift rotation availability.
