We are a **100% Mexican** company specializing in **transport telematics**, and today we want you to take control of a key part of operations. **Job Objective** Ensure the security and protection of company personnel, facilities, and assets, maintaining a safe environment for employees, customers, and visitors. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor and safeguard facilities to prevent security incidents. * Control access by authorizing or restricting entry as appropriate. * Conduct periodic patrols and inspections of facilities. * Log incidents, suspicious activities, and relevant events during the shift. * Operate electronic security systems (surveillance cameras, alarms, etc.). * Participate in training and stay updated on security best practices. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed junior high school (additional training in security, first aid, or occupational health will be valued). * Availability to work rotating shifts (night shifts, weekends, and holidays) * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position * Ability to work collaboratively, responsibly, and proactively * Ability to handle pressure or stressful situations appropriately **Knowledge and Skills:** * Basic knowledge of security procedures and emergency protocols * Proficiency in operating surveillance equipment (cameras, alarms, etc.) * Observational, analytical, and detail-oriented skills * Effective communication and conflict resolution skills Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: $10,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance * Vision insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance Work Location: On-site employment
