Ongoing training provided by the company VINOPREMIER: A company specializing in the marketing and distribution of wines, spirits, and gourmet products, seeks to incorporate a **Head Chef** into its hospitality industry team for its Santa Fe Wine Bar. Candidate Requirements: * Education in Gastronomy, Hospitality, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience as Head Chef and 5 years as a Cook. * Experience managing kitchen teams. * Must be proactive and initiative-driven. * Teamwork skills. * Ability to work under pressure. * High standards of personal and workplace hygiene. Job Responsibilities: * Prepare all dishes, portions, and tapas offered on the menu. * Develop recipes and provide suggestions for menu items. * Supervise and record all processed food items supplied daily. * Supervise the work performed by other members of the kitchen team. * Supervise and ensure daily cleaning and organization of the kitchen by each team member before and after each service, maintaining hygienic conditions at all times. * Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and utensils; supervise their proper functioning. * Prepare reports on food and kitchen product losses. * Place orders for food items required to prepare menu dishes. * Monitor food product rotation to ensure availability of fresh products at all times. * Manage the schedule of assigned staff, including punctuality and attendance. The selected candidate will join a collaborative team focused on ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting the company’s financial and operational objectives.
