Mexico Position: ERP Analyst (TEMPORARY POSITION FOR PROJECT – 1 YEAR) Job Objective: Facilitate the transition from the current ERP system to the new one by supporting key users in the Logistics department on all related activities (reports, manuals, tracking, etc.) to achieve successful implementation. Responsibilities: • Develop all ERP manuals for departmental functions (Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics). • Prepare project progress reports. • Manage the project backlog (internally within the department). • Prepare reports on project deviations. • Participate in all project meetings, take minutes, track pending items, update trackers, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Candidate Profile: • (Education) Industrial Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree in Administration • (Experience) Minimum 3 years • (English proficiency required) Basic, preferably intermediate. Competencies • Intermediate Excel skills, minimum. • Experience with ERP systems. • Process mapping. • Teamwork. • Results-oriented. • Planning and organization. • Effective communication skills. • Strong analytical ability. • Ability to develop manuals and presentations.
