Lead high-impact projects in Mexico’s national digital banking landscape **Technical Lead (Mobile Banking) \- Hybrid** \| CDMX (Hybrid) \| **Salary:** $78,000 MXN per month **Role Summary** We are seeking a **Technical Lead** with strategic vision and a solid technical background in mobile development to lead the evolution of applications in the **Digital Banking** sector. You will be responsible for guiding multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that every line of code meets the security and quality standards required by a highly regulated, demanding environment. **Key Responsibilities** * **Technical Leadership:** Coordinate and guide the development team throughout the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), promoting best practices and robust architectures. * **Quality and Standards:** Ensure that mobile banking applications meet defined technical, security, and user experience requirements. * **Analysis and Design:** Actively participate in defining innovative technological solutions and resolving complex integration challenges. * **Evolutionary Maintenance:** Oversee the updating and optimization of existing applications to ensure their efficiency and competitiveness in the market. * **Agile Management:** Facilitate project execution using **Scrum**, adapting to constant technological changes. **Essential Requirements (Must\-Have)** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems, Computer Science, or related field (degree required). * **Banking Experience:** Minimum **2 years** of specific work experience in the banking or financial sector. * **Mobile Development Experience:** Minimum **2 years** leading or participating in the development and maintenance of mobile apps. * **Agile Methodologies:** Proven experience working with **Scrum**. * **Employment Stability:** At least **1 year** of tenure in previous positions. * **Technical Knowledge:** Experience consuming **SOAP** services is desirable. **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Strong assertive communication skills to interact effectively with business and technology areas. * Sound technical judgment for decision-making in high-pressure environments. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous product improvement. **Benefits and Compensation** * **Salary:** Competitive monthly salary of $78,000\.00 MXN. * **Work Mode:** Hybrid work in CDMX (balanced between office and remote). * **Environment:** Collaborative workplace culture with multidisciplinary teams. * **Impact:** Opportunity to lead high-impact projects in Mexico’s national digital banking landscape. **Do you have the technical expertise and leadership to transform mobile banking?
